A New Brewpub & Restaurant Coming to Fenwick Island

Fenwick Island Brewing is a new brewpub and restaurant coming to the Fenwick Island & Selbyville Delaware area in 2027. Created by Southern Delaware Brewing in partnership with the Carl M. Freeman Companies, our newest brewpub will bring world-class beer, chef-driven food, and a relaxed gathering place for locals and visitors to the Fenwick Island area.

Located near Bayside Resort Golf Club, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Fenwick Island beaches, and North Ocean City, Fenwick Island Brewing will be an easy stop for dinner, drinks, happy hour, or a locally brewed beer before or after a day at the beach, a round of golf, or a show.

This will be our third brewpub, joining Thompson Island Brewing Company in Rehoboth Beach and Ocean View Brewing Company in Ocean View. Like our other locations, Fenwick Island Brewing will have its own personality, but the same things we care about most: world class beer, chef-driven food, and a welcoming place for locals and visitors to gather.

Whether you’re coming off the golf course, heading to a show, meeting friends for happy hour, grabbing dinner with family, or looking for a new local spot to make part of your routine, we can’t wait to bring great beer, great food, and good times to Fenwick Island.

Construction is currently underway with the Carl M. Freeman Companies, and we’ll be sharing more updates on construction, hiring, opening celebrations, and what’s to come throughout 2027.
